OUR STORY
During the Pandemic, many of us Representative Payees faced new, unprecedented challenges and with no main resource center to refer to, Ali and Sandi turned to each other. They bonded over the shared struggles of the stimulus checks and discussed best practices on disbursing these funds. They continued to check in every few months, catch up on personal happenings and share any new information or resources they had gained. It was their friendship that sparked the inspiration to have an association for Rep Payees - to create a space for us to connect, collaborate and occasionally commiserate together.
Our Board of Directors is comprised of passionate payees that strive to better the experience and effectiveness of payees. We want to include organizational and individual payees, host educational and networking events, hold space for anyone to bring forth a concern or question and have it be addressed, researched and resolved. We would love to facilitate open forums where others can share their knowledge and experiences. We created ARPO to be a resource and an advocate for Rep Payees everywhere.

Rilee Rotolo
President
Rilee is the Accounts and Operations Manager at Finance for People LLC, an Organizational Representative Payee in Northern California. She earned her Bachelor Degree in Public Policy, Planning and Management at the University of Oregon. With a knack for numbers and an interest in community engagement, Rilee likes how being a Rep Payee utilizes her skills to support an under-resourced community.
Ali Tabatabai
Vice President
Ali is the President and CEO of New Leaf Solutions, an Organizational Representative Payee in California. He has a Master of Public Administration from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. In his 11 years with New Leaf Solutions he has expanded and streamlined operations all over California. Ali has experience partnering with local and state agencies to improve services and reduce inefficiencies.
Sandi Studer
Secretary & Treasurer
Sandi is the President and CEO of Finance for People LLC, an Organizational Representative Payee in Northern California. She has been with Finance for People for over 17 years and has gained a wealth of knowledge from all of the clients she has helped. Sandi believes that Rep Payees play an important role and the services we provide are crucial to the success of our clients.
Shannon Miller
Board Member
Shannon is the Senior Financial Case Manager at The Senior Source, an Organizational Representative Payee in Texas. She is a licensed social worker and received her master’s from Baylor University with a specialization in gerontology. Shannon has worked with older adults through The Senior Source for the past 8 years, and many of her clients are lonely without family or friends to support them as they navigate aging. Shannon appreciates being able to provide protection against fraud, scams and exploitation while helping her clients age with financial security.
Jasmine Vollenweider

Jasmine is the Program Director/Client Advocate for CEPS, an organizational Representative Payee in California. For over three decades, her deep-seated compassion and commitment to ensuring financial stability, has positively impacted countless lives. Her years in Program Development, Financial Management, and Team Leadership have equipped Jasmine with the skills needed to guide clients towards financial autonomy. The joy of witnessing the transformative journey of her clients towards stability and independence remains the heart of her professional fulfillment.
